Last updated: April 30, 2026

Agreement to Terms

By accessing quickwaterrestore.com or engaging QuickRestore Water Damage ("QuickRestore," "we," or "us") for water damage restoration services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

Services

QuickRestore provides emergency water damage restoration services across Nassau and Suffolk County, New York, including but not limited to:

  • Emergency water extraction
  • Flooded basement cleanup
  • Burst pipe repair and cleanup
  • Sewage backup cleanup
  • Structural drying and dehumidification
  • Mold remediation
  • Storm damage restoration

All work is performed in accordance with IICRC S500 (water damage) and S520 (mold remediation) standards.

Service Authorization

Before performing work, we provide a written scope of services and pricing for your review. By signing the work authorization or providing verbal consent on a recorded line, you authorize QuickRestore to:

  • Perform the agreed scope of work
  • Document the loss with photos, video, and moisture readings
  • Communicate with your insurance carrier on your behalf (if you authorize direct billing)
  • Remove and dispose of unrecoverable materials per applicable regulations

For emergency situations where waiting for written authorization would cause additional damage, mitigation work may begin upon verbal authorization with written authorization to follow.

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided in writing before work begins. Pricing is based on the scope of work, equipment-day requirements, materials affected, and water category. Final pricing may vary if scope changes are needed during the project (additional damage discovered, expanded affected area, etc.). Any scope changes are communicated and authorized before work proceeds.

Payment terms:

  • Insurance direct billing: We bill your insurance carrier directly for approved scope. You are responsible for your deductible and any non-covered scope.
  • Out-of-pocket: Payment due upon completion unless other terms are agreed in writing.
  • Accepted payment methods: Insurance check assignment, credit card, ACH transfer, business check.

Insurance Claims

While we have extensive experience with insurance claims, we cannot guarantee that any specific damage will be covered by your insurance policy. Coverage depends on your specific policy, the source of the damage, and the determination of your insurance carrier. We provide documentation that meets industry standards but ultimate coverage decisions are made by your insurer.

You remain responsible for any portion of the work not covered by your insurance policy.

Limitations and Disclaimers

Restoration services are inherently limited by:

  • Materials that cannot be saved due to extent of damage or contamination
  • Pre-existing conditions not caused by the water event
  • Hidden damage that may be discovered during work
  • Health risks that require licensed environmental testing beyond our scope

We do not provide medical advice or diagnose health conditions. Concerns about health effects from water damage or mold exposure should be discussed with a licensed medical professional.

Warranty

QuickRestore warrants its workmanship for one year from the date of completion. If properly installed materials or workmanship fails within the warranty period due to our error, we will correct the issue at no additional cost.

Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage from new water events not related to the original loss
  • Damage from neglect, misuse, or alterations by others after completion
  • Pre-existing conditions or unrelated structural issues
  • Materials and finishes purchased by the homeowner separately
